Grafton Quillages
Chanland
Bartertowne
A large property with multiple mostly level and cleared fields was purchased by a free stater in Grafton. It includes a well, electric, and a brook. The property owner is planning to build a house and perhaps an orchard, and have a small tiny house community. He is open to having people move in early if they can manage in the rough conditions, and could discuss it with good candidates. The dug well needs a winterized pump. I've talked with him before about hosting the Quillage, and he isn't totally against it, but is currently thinking of something smaller.
Other potential properties based on conversations that I've had with local owners:
1. Closed, 5 acres, needs clearing and a bridge, then parking for tiny houses in exchange for work. 2. Closed, 40 acres, may need clearing. May be open to having a tiny house village with property management. 3. Open with one parking space for vetted person. 4. Open based on word of mouth.
There are several other owners I haven't discussed this with, and many more I don't know about.
