Research:
Plants that grow well in NH -also, what do local farms produce? D Acres is one good example in Dorchester
Greenhouse system requirements
Hydroponics, vertical towers
Suppliers for plants and supplies -some websites will ship fruit trees that have grown several years -some things can by DIY
Where to plant? Map of garden -considers sun, wind, temp, humidity, soil type, companion planting -possible compatibility with animals (most likely chickens)
When to plant -proposed schedule to order to receive plants prior to date of planting
Maintenance routine -simple instructions. Pictures and video preferred.
Storage -LDS preparedness manual has lots of good advice. Root clears, canning, drying, vacuum sealing, etc.
Recipes
What would also be useful is basic principles used in making decisions, so other people starting up their own systems can apply them.

m.youtube.com/watch?v=C4h6Ii-oz_8What he wishes he knew before planting a food forest: Plant good varieties of trees. Ask local orchards about varieties and common problems. In New Jersey Apple varieties: Williams Pride, Enterprise, Liberty Pear: Mary Jane Also plant varieties with your favorite flavor Prune trees when younger is easier. Think of how trees will shade each other when grown. Less density = more air flow = less fungus Trees shouldn't touch each other.
